Monday Update!

Good morning and welcome to Monday.

Last week got lost in the mists of time. LOL I've been having a hard time settling down with my latest project, but I'm hoping to make more headway this week. I'm 25K in, but I still don't feel like I've found my rhythm on this one yet.

This is an exciting week for me. I have a new release from Ellora's Cave--Beyond Shadows--on November 21st. I'm very excited about this paranormal/shapeshifter tale.

Other than that, life goes on as ususal. I've been getting my walk in most days, in spite of the rainy weather. Yesterday, I spent an hour or so wrapping Christmas presents. *g* I'm finished all my shopping, except for hubby. We keep things simple in our family, so it's not that hard to get it all done fairly quickly. Plus, there aren't that many of us to shop for.

Hope this week is a great one for all of you. What are your plans?

I'm looking forward to your new ebook. I can't afford to get it until the first of December but I've already set the money aside for it then. I don't really have any plans for this week because I've caught the flu. It's a weaker strain of it thanks to the fact that I got the shot, but it's still knocked me for a loop. Oh well.:-)

Sorry to hear you're not feeling well, Kathy. The flu can really knock you back for weeks.

I hope you enjoy Beyond Shadows when you get a chance to read it!

Take care and get better quick.

I am having a wonderful week thus far. I have a job interview Thursday. Getting that job would make this a fantastic week. A paycheck would be wonderful for buying books, don't ya think? I'm buying Drakon's Treasure and the Tapestry Series first, but I'll get to "Beyond Shadows" as soon as I can.

Kathy, bless your heart. Feel better soon.

You're DONE?? *gasp* I'm just getting started. It seems that I'm behind the 8-ball every single year. I did, however, start making salt dough ornaments--our tree is getting a make-over this year.

Congrats on the new book! I have a shape-shifter book in the works, but she's been elusive lately. *sigh* Thank goddess for the many WIPs in my brain.

Best of luck and many sales, NJ!

Love and Light.

Good luck with your job interview, Crystal! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. We all need book money. *g* And there's never enough to get all the books we want.

LOL We keep it very simple, AE. And there's not that many of us to buy for.

I love homemade ornaments on a tree. All ours are homemade except for a handful that were given to us by friends and family.

Hope your shapeshifter gets more cooperative. But those shapeshifters can be illusive sometimes.

Thanks for the luck. I'm really hoping readers will love Blade as much as I do.
